Ramona is first above all a person who loves freedom, people, nature, traveling, who loves exploring the Corporation world, who feels the dynamics and the energy of the people around, who is completely fulfilled when the ones around her evolve, become better versions of themselves.

Passionate about people and training, Ramona was part of over 20 management international and national teams, with people from over 70 countries, during 11 years.

A career started as a teacher, continued as a guest relations manager on the largest cruise company in the world, becoming a trainer in Romania where she organized seminars, training programs, was a trainer and part of several teams who implemented European projects on human resources, working with people and companies from the entire country, organizing and facilitating vocational programs, and after this going back to the world’s oceans to continue, and enlarge her training experience.

With a vast experience in the hospitality management and services, Ramona continues her journey on land offering group and individual personalized trainings and coaching.

Having a large international experience in training, teams, management, more than 15 years of experience, Ramona’s wish is to implement and bring consciousness in the Romanian space, to raise awareness and contribute to people’s development at a personal level, but also at a group level in different companies with vision.
